Note:

This page shows the latest software maintenance releases. Visit this page every couple of months and check out if you are using the latest software; if you are not, then please make sure you are on the TECHNoCAD Software Maintenance scheme to ensure that you are kept up to date!

Licensed users on software maintenance subscription will automatically be sent major updates within their contract period. Minor upgrades are also made available to contract subscribers during the maintenance period by means of downloads from Internet.

Hardware Lock Driver V7.5.0

The latest version of the SafeNet© Sentinel driver must be installed at least once on every computer to enable Windows to read the hardware lock correctly. Parallel printer ports and USB are supported for Windows 2000 / Windows XP Pro 32Bit / Vista Business 32Bit. This driver is only required for the Standalone versions of the TECHNoCAD software and not for the network versions.

Remove any USB hardware locks from your computer first.
Create a temporary folder on your computer's hard disk drive where you will place the downloaded file. Now you are ready to download the program file.
Download Sentinel Protection Installer 7.5.0.exe (6.15MB) into the temporary folder that you created above.
Now simply run the file 'Sentinel Protection Installer 7.5.0.exe' that you will find in your folder by double-click on it. You can also do this from the Windows desktop by selecting Start - Run and select the 'Browse' button and then browse to the 'Sentinel Protection Installer 7.5.0.exe' file. Once selected press 'Run' and follow the prompts to install the driver.
Windows will now recognise the hardware locks when they are plugged in.
